Terms & conditions
You and the hotel agree on the terms of the room rental. Unless any special agreements have been made, the following rules apply. Separate rules apply for conferences and group bookings.
Arrival & departure times
Check-in time: 2 PM
Check-out time: 12 PM
We provide early arrival ( from 7 AM ) and departure times ( till 6 PM ) upon hotel availability at extra fee 50% from daily rates. Kindly send request to email@example.com.
Cancellation and no arrival
Cancellation rules vary depending on the rate at which you made your booking, please read the detailed rate description carefully. Reservation can be cancelled free of charge not later than 12 o`clock noon on the day of arrival. If cancelled later or in a case of no arrival, first night booking fee will be charged. If the hotel has incurred costs specifically related to your booking, you must reimburse these.
Hotel requires credit card details only as guarantee, except special offers where pre-payment is required, in a case of no arrival or late cancellation. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Eurocard, American Express, cash in local currency LVL ( Latvian Lats ) or in EUR.The hotel reserves the rights to pre-authorize credit card upon arrival for the amount which covers the costs of stay.
Children under 12 stays free of charge sharing parents room and extra beds or cribs (maximum 2 beds per room, only in Superior, Deluxe and Suite rooms) are also provided free of charge for them. Children are welcome to join Kids Club by fulfilling registration card at the check-in.
Pets are welcome, daily price 45 EUR for pet.
Guarded Europark parking place is available at 10 EUR per day 3 min walking distance from the hotel.
Services like airport transfer, city tours, Opera tickets, limousine reservation etc are possible to book at extra fee by sending information to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Opera Hotel & Spa reception is opened 24 hours and multilingual staff will assist you. Please check for spa, restaurant, summer terrace opening hours at www.operahotel.lv
The hotel's obligations and your own requirements
If the hotel cannot give you a room as agreed, you are entitled, at no extra cost, to an equivalent or better room in the hotel or at a hotel of an equivalent standard. Specify your requirements at the time of booking to be sure that the hotel is properly prepared.
The entire Opera Hotel & Spa hotel is 100% non-smoking hotel and fine for smoking in the hotel is 145 EUR per day.
In the public areas and some staff areas CCTV is in operation and video recordings may be made. This activity is carried out for security and service reasons for the better management and security for all Opera Hotel & Spa Clients and staff.
Photography and filming
Commercial photography or images including trade marks or trade names requires the prior written consent of Opera Hotel & Spa.
Storage of valuables and luggage and valuables in the room
The hotel is legally entitled, as security in a claim against a guest, to retain luggage and in certain circumstances, in line with set rules, to sell it. Your valuables can naturally be stored in the hotel’s safety deposit boxes. Do not leave luggage unattended in the lobby. The hotel can store your luggage in its locked luggage room. The hotel assumes responsibility for ensuring that your property is not stolen if it is stored in the hotel’s locked facilities, e.g. safety deposit boxes and luggage room. If your property is of unusually high value, you are required to inform the hotel of this fact – otherwise the hotel cannot be held liable for the full value of the property. The hotel is not obliged to store property of high value. The hotel has no strict responsibility for property that you keep in your hotel room.
